All items are carefully checked before packaging and shipping. We hope you are satisfied with your order. Please check the product immediately after you have received it.
If you do not agree with the product received, send us an email to email@example.com and return the product within the following 7 days.
Additional postage costs go to the expense of the customer.
The total price of the purchase will be refunded once it has been verified that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when being sent out.
For a customized products upon customer’s request, no reshipment will be accepted and the purchase will not be refunded.
No return or exchange transactions are accepted when purchasing masks.
